Babička

Božena Němcová’ Babička has been published in many editions with illustrations by famous artists, each of whom brought their own unmistakable style to the work. Míla has done the same with the work of probably the most famous Czech author of the 19th century. As the setting of the story is very close to her heart, she has treated her illustrations for the latest edition, from 2021, in a very distinctive, symbolically pure, and even descriptive way.

The book was published by Odeon, Prague in 2021.
